Tailored Casuals is an exciting new label founded by Ryan Brockbank, an East Sussex based designer with years of experience in fashion and design. After a successful graduate collection, he saw a gap in the market for high quality affordable casual wear with a more tailored feel.
Referencing a retro football aesthetic and classic tailoring silhouettes, the label has gained notable interest from Saville row and leading sportswear brands.
In mid 2017 Ryan wanted to develop his brand with the dream to make Tailored Casuals a household name. After a chance discussion with long term friend Jane Knight, they teamed up and have spent the past 12 months developing the collection for it's launch in February 2019.
The first collection which launches early 2019 is a mix of tailored polo shirts, grandad collars, bomber and tracksuit jackets made in cotton pique and high sheen tracksuiting, mixed with traditional British cloth and detailing which give a real retro look with a modern twist.
All with vibrant graphic designs and detailing inspired by the clothing worn by the Casuals football movement of the 1980s and with a hint 1930s menswear.
